Age Requirements
Learners should comply with the indicated age requirements, on or before August 31 of the school year applied for:
Pre-Kinder 2: 4 years old
Kindergarten: 5 years old
Grade 1: 6 years old
Required Documents for New Students and Transfer Applicants:
A student who wishes to enroll as a new student should comply with the following requirements:
a. PSA Birth Certificate (Photocopy)
b. Baptismal Certificate (Photocopy)
Additional Required Documents for Transfer Applicants:
c. Certificate of Completion (Kindergarten) for Incoming Grade 1
d. Photocopy of Report Card / ECCD Checklist for Incoming Grade 1
e. Certificate of Good Moral Character
f. Transcript of Record

Accounting Policy
1. School Fees Inclusion
a. Tuition Fees
b. Miscellaneous Fees and other fees (Student ID, Computer and Laboratory Fees, Handbook, student Insurance, Medical, Graduation Fees, etc.)
2. Modes of Payment
Payment can be done in full upon enrollment, through cash. Nine installment payments are allowed with the deadline set on the first week of the months of July, August, September, October, November, December, January, February and March. Only personal checks with no unfunded history are accepted. Onsite payment is through the accounting office.
